During the entire process, she was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. We knew next to nothing when we started the process, and Chelsea always took the time to make sure we understood the purpose of/what to look out for at each step along the way. She is incredibly detail oriented and very intelligent, which took a huge weight off my shoulders because I always knew as a team we would cover all the bases and complete all necessary items in a timely manner. I never felt pressured to purchase a home I wasn't 100% sure about or "make a deal work" with Chelsea – she takes her role very seriously and protected us from pushy sellers and helped us to negotiate and get a great price on a home we truly love.
